Listen to them.

You won’t get anywhere by brushing off what they say.

It is clear that you wanted help in your weight loss journey.

When you are ready to change your life and your ways, there will be people to support you, but don’t ask for help if all you’re going to do is bash and scrutinize what they say.

"I’m in a terrible mood today, I was yesterday too, so I didn’t want to workout"

"Well every time I’m in a bad mood, working out is what brings me out of it"

Oh? No one? THAT’S WHAT I THOUGHT.

I’m trying to be supportive, but I’m quickly losing faith, there is only so much I can do to try and help someone, they have be open to what I say!

I refuse to use any “negative” motivation techniques, so I’m at the end of my rope.

You have to want to lose weight to lose weight.

Really want it.

If you work a 9-5 job, its possible, I work a 9am-1am job- and I still make it happen, because I want to be the best that I can be, and know that I did my best at the end of the day.

So frustrating, if this is how you are going to be good thing you’re not paying someone for this stuff, or maybe that would be the key.

I don’t know. So for right now, I’m going to just continue to focus on myself and let bygones be bygones.
