I really hate the negativity on most blogs. Sometimes people post things like Oh if I don’t lose weight I will feel so gross and fat. Fat is not a feeling and neither is gross imo. I don’t care what other people post usually just I don’t like the negative thoughts. It is supposed to be a journey and a positive one at that. Let it be positive and don’t let other people’s negative thoughts get to you. I know sometimes they get to me and they really shouldn’t.

Maybe you like Nike, but Grand Champion is my favorite because it reminds me of the Grand Champion horses that dominated play time when I was a kid. Nike also doesn’t inspire me to yell, “I’M A FUCKING THOROUGHBRED!” when I run. Just sayin.
Documenting scorpion progress — I did my first Vrischikasana 5 weeks ago and was really stoked about back-bending in pincha. It was a happy day! But hey, so was today!! Putting these pics side by side, I can see changes I wasn’t fully aware of. My shoulders, arms, and core are much stronger. The backbend is deeper, but more importantly, I am feeling more confident. Plus it looks like I’m finally growing some proper #yogitoes!!
